This award will be given to members of staff and students who are doing well in blogging. Blogging is a very lucrative business which you can do while in school and get some money to do solve some of your problems.
To that end, the Deans of Faculties, Directors of Institute, Heads of Department and Units are requested to encourage their staff and students to participate in this exercise. As earlier stated, there will be an award to deserving members of the staff and student.
The Registration Process has ended for Nsukka Campus while the deadline for Unec Students is here.

Deadline for Unec Student Vice-chancellor’s bloggers Award Registration

The registration for Vice-chancellor’s bloggers award for Unec (Enugu Campus) students and Ituku students is on Wednesday, 13th May 2017.
All interested students are by this notice advised to register before 12 midnight of the above date. It is advisable you register as it will help you at the long run.

How to Enrol For UNN Vice Chancellor’s Bloggers Award

The online registration Process is simple. If you are not conversant with online stuff, you can easily do this following the instruction as it appears on unn.edu.ng
Firstly, you will have to create a blog. Creating a blog is something you can even do with your mobile phone. I know that by now, all of us have unn email address which is routed to Gmail. With this, you can create a blog from BLOGGER .

Steps of Creating a Blog:

  • Visit www.blogger.com
  • Click on Create your blog
  • Enter your unn email address and click on next
  • Enter your password and Login
  • Now, click on Create a Google+ Profile
  • Fill in your personal details and save
  • When the page has fully loaded, click on continue to Blogger.
At this point, you have succeeded in creating a google+ profile which will be used for your blog. It now times to create your blog and choose its name.

Creating Your Blog Name

Click on create new Blog on the page that loaded after creating a google plus profile.
Enter the Title of your Blog. Example:  UNN-LIONS NEWS
Enter the address of your blog in the space provided. This is the address users will type to access your blog online. From the title above, let us give an example of blog address
Enter your blog address as contained in the address below: unnlionsnews.blogspot.com
Click on Create Blog when Done
Viola!!! You have successfully created a blog. You are now a blog owner.
Go to your browser and type the blog address you enter before. It will load and you will be able to see your blog on the internet.
You can create your first post by on new post on the top of the page. Enter the title of the post and the body messages then click on save.
You will also need to customize your blog to your taste. For help with blog customization and how to make up to $20 daily from your blog, contact us via our contact page.
